How it works

Three steps, no commitment before the quote.

1 · Write to us. Your stage (searching / pre-LOI / data room open), the target's sector and region, a rough size (revenue, headcount), and your deadline.
2 · NDA and scope. We send our NDA, agree on the scope, and confirm a fixed quote and the delivery time — usually 24–72 business hours from complete transfer.
3 · Transfer and delivery. Documents move through end-to-end encrypted transfer (SwissTransfer, hosted in Switzerland), password sent through a separate channel. You receive a written report that frames the decision before you commit to audit fees.
