Fees
Fees, known in advance.
Firm flat fees, set by deal-value band and published in a schedule. No percentage of the price, no success fee: the opinion you receive stays independent of the outcome.
The schedule
2026 fee schedule.
The schedule follows the work a file actually requires: deal type (asset or share deal), data room volume, depth of the adjustments. Each flat fee is confirmed before any engagement and does not change once the work is under way.

Reading the schedule.
To the steps they cover. A standalone accounting valuation runs around €800; a structured acquisition audit, €6,000 to €10,000 for a small business (70 to 80 hours at current firm rates) and €12,000 to €25,000 for an SME. At those same stages, the preliminary review (€300 per target) includes the document review, the valuation note, and the structuring of the offer; the full analysis (€1,000 for an asset deal, €1,800 for a share deal up to €1M) covers the entire file, valuation and risks included. These analyses prepare and focus your advisors' audits and legal work: they do not replace them.
Because the work does: a larger share deal means a larger data room, more entities and contracts, deeper adjustments; the full analysis therefore follows two value bands. The preliminary review and the second opinion have a single price. Each flat fee is firm, confirmed before any engagement, and no fee is tied to the price or to the outcome of the transaction.
Prices are net of tax: VAT not applicable under Article 293 B of the French tax code (CGI). Nothing is added to the price shown.
The scope is framed case by case: multi-entity structures, audits coordinated with your other advisors, exclusivity timeline. A written proposal follows a first conversation, with no commitment.
